As a self-admitted and magazine junkie, I seem to constantly be moving around the magazines that I have bought, read, and from which I have made no recipe. Case in point: 5 years worth of a subscription to Martha Stewart's Everyday Food from which I had made few to no recipes.
At the end of 2012, I set out to rectify that, and give myself an ongoing source of new recipes to try. I organized my magazines into years, started with the first year that I had, and challenged myself to make 6 recipes from the magazine in the corresponding month. 2013 was the first year of the challenge, using the issues from 2005.
Here is everything that I've planned to make, along with links to the recipes that I have made in the Magazine Challenge in 2013, 2014, and 2015.

I found your blog and challenge through a friend of mine's blog (Love and Flour) and was very interested in this idea. I still maintain a subscription to Southern Living and in the days of Gourmet, had a subscription to that as well. I have kept every issue of both magazines that I have received for the last 9-10 years and although I have them very neatly organized by month in boxes that fit in my bookshelf, I'm running out of space. Seeing this challenge has inspired me to start cooking through them again. Thank you!
